FREE SHIPPING
How Do I Place An Order?
You may place an order online via my website or by telephone.
Ordering by Phone - I am available to take your order by phone Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.

Shipping
Free shipping to the Continental United States. For RUSH orders or International destinations, please contact me for rates.
RUSH and International orders can be placed online but the shipping charges won't show. I will send you a separate email requesting a PayPal payment for the shipping after we have discussed the rates.
All orders to USA adresses will be shipped via Postal Service (USPS), with delivery confirmation. When you place your order please provide an address that can be delivered by the Postal Service. I do not use FedEx or UPS for my shipping. Therefore, if you live in a rural area where you do not receive mail delivery at your house, please provide your P.O. Box address.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
I have chosen PayPal to handle my online payment processing. You can pay with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover WITHOUT a PayPal account, OR if you are a registerd PayPal member you can choose to pay with your PayPal account. Either way you get the most secure online processing available.

Returns & Refunds
In purchasing products from my website or by telephone, you agree to the terms and conditions of my Return Policy. My Return Policy states:
You may return items purchased directly from Comfort Aisle for exchange or full refund of merchandise cost, within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items being returned must not be worn, laundered, or damaged in any way.
You must notify me prior to returning items. Be sure to send returns and exchanges via the Postal Service (USPS).
FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to my Post Office Box. It is recommended that you purchase Insurance for your package for the appropriate amount as Comfort Aisle will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
